This Church here is Building Blocks now (front right of the photograph) and this is Maud Avenue. The only difference now is that it is tarmaced now. In 1970 when I came they were still cobbled, that's when they started it, tarmacing the road.

We're sitting in this part where the photograph was taken. This is the old Trinity Methodist Church which is now the Hamara Centre.

Now the shops are a newsagent and then a barbershop. Looks like three or four shops in the old photograph.

I came to Leeds in 1983. I cannot remember Tempest Road in this condition. I have seen some changes like new houses being built in the area, new health centre, new motorway M621 and some other changes.
