It's the Town Hall and that's going up to the Infirmary, up there (pointing to Calverly Street which is the street running between the two sets of buildings) and that is the library. I've been there lots of times, going visiting the Infirmary. The library's been there donkey's years.

There is a marvellous reference library on the top floor. On the third floor. You can find all sorts of information there. I found loads of information out there. You can read it and do it while you're there.
